We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 12 noon on the same day for next working day delivery. In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather or unprecedented peaks, delivery may take longer. You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your purchase has been shipped.
We offer free shipping on orders to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, which are greater than €100 Inc. VAT. For orders under this amount carriage is charged at €8.24 Inc. VAT. For orders outside of the island of Ireland please contact us.
Delivery addresses will have to be attended to receive consignments. In the event that the delivery address that you provide is unattended, The courier will usually try to deliver again the next day, after which goods will be returned to sender.
Returns and Refunds
Goods may be returned within 14 days from the invoice date for a refund accompanied by the invoice and our return form, upon inspection that goods were not fitted, used, removed from their sealed packaging where applicable, in their original packaging and re-saleable. The card used for payment will be credited less carriage charges incurred, within 5 working days of receipt of items returned. The purchaser is responsible for the carriage and carriage costs of returning product. Goods Returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
A return will not be processed for Items received without a return form and original invoice, and product will be discarded.

Making a purchase
Browse our shop and add the product and the quantity required to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter the credentials required to process your purchase, payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard. Upon purchasing you will be sent a confirmation email and another email when your order has shipped.
Payments are processed securely using Sage pay. We are PCI Compliant. We do not store card information, your card information is handled only by the authorised Sage Pay payment provider.
Goods not received within 2 working days of receipt of an order shipped email must be reported not later than 3 working days of the order shipped email, in order for us to investigate items lost in transit. Goods received damaged, shortfalls or incorrect items must be reported within two working days of receipt. Please direct any queries to firstname.lastname@example.org
The package is scanned at the gps delivery location, this is proof of delivery.
We will offer a repair or replacement if possible, otherwise a refund, for defective items, within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Defective items are subject to inspection and testing prior to repair, replacement or refunds. In some cases, inspection and testing will have to be carried out by the manufacturer, which may take some time. Repairs, replacements or refunds are offered where the product has not been misused or damaged outside of normal operating conditions. Appliance product items returned will have to be accompanied by a Registered Gas Installer commissioning certificate. Items purchased do not have a labour warranty. Compensation for any consequential losses will not be considered.
The original invoice and a return form will need to accompany any returned items. Any other documentation will not be accepted.
Items received without a return form and original invoice will not be processed and product will be discarded.
Details voluntary provided through postal correspondence, email correspondence, over the telephone, by placing an ecommerce order, through forms on any of our websites or by registering an account on our website, are used to process your order, for the purpose of delivery, to maintain your account, and maybe used for inhouse marketing within GDPR Guidelines, outside of this your data is never knowingly disclosed to any third parties. These details are stored on our servers. We take responsible data security precautions. We do not store credit or debit card information.
